How do I arrange a rental ?

We will need to send you an official quotation with our terms and conditions either by Fax or Email. If you agree with our Terms and conditions you need to fax or Email the signed copies back to us and arrange a means of payment. Additionally if you are a new customer to us we will need proof of address i.e. a copy of company headed with registration number or in the case of a sole trader or individual a Utility bill.

How do I Pay

New customers will need to pay either by credit card or by cleared cheque. However we do offer credit accounts to Government Organisations, Education establishments, International Corporations with Official purchase orders and to existing customers who have made a minimum of 3 previous rentals and have completed a credit application form and have been approved.

How much will it cost?

Our prices for our common products are displayed on their corresponding product pages. Our prices are biased to give a better deal the longer you commit to. i.e 1 day will typically cost 70% the price of a week, two week 150% the price of a week, three weeks 175% of one week and four weeks (or a month) 200% of 1 week.

What if I want to extend?

If you wish to extend an existing rental, the rate will be proportional to the rental paid/period rented i.e. if you have rented a product for 1 month for £200 a 1 week extension will cost £50 and 2 weeks £100 etc, a 1 month extension will cost an additional £200, to qualify for the lower rate of £300 for two months the rental must be booked for two months at the outset.

What if I want to return the equipment early?

If you wish to cancel your rental agreement early, we reserve the right (as per our terms and conditions) charge the full agreed rental price (particularly if we have spent time and money to make the rental happen) however normally the rental rent will be recalculated for the new hire period and a 10% surcharge added.

Can I install my own software?

Subject to you meeting the licensing requirements of your software, yes you can install your own software. We will format the hard disk and remove any trace of your software before it is supplied to the next customer.

What time will it be delivered/collected?

Standard delivery and collection times are normally between 8:30 and 5:30 Monday to Friday. Timed deliveries are available but do cost extra. If you have specific requirements please let us know when we are quoting.

Will you install the product?

Normally we deliver the product in the box and leave to you to unpack and set-up although we do offer an installation and set-up service at additional cost.

What Support / Warranty do I get?

Telephone support is available Monday - Friday (normal working days) 8:30 to 5:30. In the event of equipment failure we will endeavour to repair/replace the faulty equipment on the next working day if notified of the fault by 4pm.

Do you offer Insurance ?

In short no ! It is the Hirers responsibility to make sure that their insurance covers up to the replacement value of the equipment in case of loss or damage.
