Printer/Copier Rentals

Printer/copier rental prices do not include toner or paper. Toner can be provide by ourselves at a cost per page (6 pence per page for colour printers and 2 pence per page mono) where we take a page count from the printer before shipment and again on return to calculate the pages used. Alternatively if you intend printing high volume we can provide toners at very competitive prices for sale with the printer or you can provide your own. Our policy is to ship any order received by 2pm for next day delivery within the mainland UK, however we will endeavour to fulfil orders received after this. Deliveries and collections are usual made anytime between 8:30 and 5:00 Monday to Friday although we can offer time specific delivery/collections and delivery/collections outside this period we do pass on the additional cost. Larger printers such as HP 9000s can only be delivered on tail lift capable Vehicles, our Fleet cover different areas of the UK on different days of the week so if you wish to hire a large printer please give as much notice as possible, if necessary we will deliver a day or two early at no extra charge!
