The HP 9500 MFP is a A3/A4 Colour Copier Printer and is capable of high quality 600x600Dpi Colour and Mono copying and printing @24 PPM it is Ideal for heavy duty colour copying and printing.

HP 9050 MFP A3/A4 Mono Copier/Printer

The HP9050 MFP is a high volume A3/A4 Copier /Printer capable of copying/printing up to 50 Pages per minutes @ 600x600 DPI. If you need an A3 Mono copier the 9050MFP is Ideal for the Job

HP M4345 MFP A4 Mono Copier/Printer

The 4345 MFP is an A4 sized Printer/Copier capable of copying/printing up to 45 Pages per minute. If you only require an A4 Sized Copier the 4545MFP has real cost advantages.

Printer/Copier Rentals

Printer/copier rental prices do not include toner or paper. Toner can be provide by ourselves at a cost per page (6 pence per page for colour printers and 2 pence per page mono) where we take a page count from the printer before shipment and again on return to calculate the pages used. Alternatively if you intend printing high volume we can provide toners at very competitive prices for sale with the printer or you can provide your own. Our policy is to ship any order received by 2pm for next day delivery within the mainland UK, however we will endeavour to fulfil orders received after this.
Deliveries and collections are usual made anytime between 8:30 and 5:00 Monday to Friday although we can offer time specific delivery/collections and delivery/collections outside this period we do pass on the additional cost.
Larger printers such as HP 9000s can only be delivered on tail lift capable Vehicles, our Fleet cover different areas of the UK on different days of the week so if you wish to hire a large printer please give as much notice as possible, if necessary we will deliver a day or two early at no extra charge!
